The Department of Grants and Partnership Development, under the Division of Finance, is responsible for all aspects of grant development and implementation in the Aurora Public Schools. The responsibilities for the Department of Grants and Partnership Development include:
- The development and procurement of new grants and funding sources for the Aurora Public Schools
- Development and oversight of budgets for existing grants
- Monitoring the implementation of grants
- Monitoring compliance of federal and state laws and regulations for grants
- Providing guidance and technical assistance during all phases of grant development and implementation
